Silky, golden, and faintly floral - our Persian Carrot Jam is 
unlike anything you'll find on a grocery store shelf. Rooted in 
a generations-old recipe, it carries the warm sweetness of slow-
cooked carrots balanced with aromatic cardamom and a whisper of 
rose water. 

This is the jam that sat at the center of every Persian breakfast 
table - spread thick over warm bread with a cup of black tea 
beside it. Nasrin has been making it the same way for over 20 
years, in small batches, never rushed.
