SHIPPING POLICY

Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders 
placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the 
next business day. You will receive a confirmation email 
with tracking information as soon as your order ships.

Shipping Rates & Delivery
We ship to all 50 states across the United States via 
standard shipping. Delivery typically takes 3-5 business 
days after your order has been processed.

Packaging
Every jar is carefully packed with protective cushioning 
to ensure it arrives safely. Our jams are shelf-stable 
and do not require refrigeration during transit.

Delays
We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by the 
carrier, weather conditions, or circumstances outside of 
our control. If your order is significantly delayed please 
contact us at awalker@nasrinskitchen.com and we will do 
our best to help.

Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged please contact us within 
48 hours of delivery at awalker@nasrinskitchen.com with 
your order number and a photo of the damage. We will send 
a replacement at no charge.

International Shipping
At this time we only ship within the United States. 
International shipping is coming soon — sign up for our 
newsletter to be notified.
