Refund policy

REFUND POLICY

Because we sell small-batch, handmade food products, all sales 
are final. We are unable to accept returns or exchanges on any 
of our jams or preserves.

Damages and Issues
We take great care in packaging every order. However if your 
order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please inspect 
it upon delivery and contact us within 48 hours at 
awalker@nasrinskitchen.com with your order number and a photo 
of the damage. We will send you a replacement at no charge — 
no questions asked.

Items sent back to us without prior authorization will not be 
accepted.

Non-Returnable Items
As perishable food products, our jams and preserves cannot be 
returned under any circumstances. This includes items purchased 
on sale or as part of a gift set.

Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel or modify your order please contact us 
immediately at awalker@nasrinskitchen.com. We process orders 
quickly and cannot guarantee changes once an order has been 
fulfilled.
